Koprulu Krieg, commonly just called 'Krieg', is the Warlord of the Girene Empire of the Wasteland. Since he is always masked, his face, and even his identity, is unknown.

Personality[]

Krieg is determined, and willing to do what he thinks is right, even if his followers don't always agree with him. While he doesn't agree with the Wasteland's 'might makes right' form of survival, he is forced to acknowledge this by growing stronger, but he then uses this strength to support those too weak to defend themselves.

Krieg believes in a karmic system, that one's good acts will eventually be rewarded, while evil acts will one day come to bite you in the ass. In this case, he sees himself as an agent of karmic retribution, when it comes to those who've wronged others while Krieg was there to witness it.

Krieg usually is EXTREMELY interested in anything technological, and has been known to command entire expeditions in order to recover pieces of technology scattered across the Wasteland. This has earned him equal parts admiration and ire from Adeptus Mechanicus Tech-Priests who've found themselves trapped in the Wasteland, who sometimes view him as a kindred spirit, other times viewing him as opposition or competition when recovering technology.

Koprulu Krieg is rarely, if ever, seen outside his combat gear, to the point where his combat gear has become his 'signature look', even if said look makes him look like a Death Korps of Krieg Commissar (being that he scavenged the gear from one, that may be why it does).

Abilities[]

Koprulu Krieg has all the basic abilities of a person sent to the Wasteland: as in, he's been affected by the Turritopsis Effect, the Sullivan Effect, and the Quartermaster Effect (the Ramsay Effect had no effect on him, since he already breathed an Earth-like atmosphere).

Koprulu Krieg was also given high level psionics by an as-of-yet-unknown anomaly, which gave him Psionics enough to shackle the control of multiple Zerg Cerebrates. These Psionics, he has since used Zerg bio-manipulation to enhance even further. As such, he possesses a level of Psionic power equivalent to that of the Primal Queen of Blades, but most of it is tied into controlling the Girene Empire's Zerg and Infested Populations, which gives him the illusion of not being as powerful psionically, since he only has a token amount of power he can expend for other purposes.
